Your role and responsibilities

• Should have managed the technical team and Data centre operations.

• Documentation skills for preparing required reports, SOP, RCA and presentations.

• Be Part of all Technical discussions and review the changes to be implemented. Finalizing Root Cause Analysis.

• Working with respective OEMs and derive the calls to resolution.

• Reporting and analysis of day-to-day tasks.

• Working with all regional DC/DR teams and field support teams to drive the issues to closure.

• Preparing SOP of all the Tasks, activities, and break fix issues. Sharing knowledge base and other details on periodic basis with the team and other associates.

• Ability to manage all tasks assigned by Project Manager & client within the time limit. Should be disciplined and adhere to all the guidelines.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience Yrs. : 4 + Years in similar environment and overall 10+ years preferably.

• Team Lead Experience :- Team Lead

• Technical Strength Required : Backup (TSM) or Linux or AIX.

• Certification required: Preferred certification. Linux/ TSM/ Storage.

• Job role to perform : Responsibilities of any of the one Domain as administrator and as a Team lead to manage DC and DR.

• Qualification : BTech / MCA

• Technical Skills : System Administrator. JD of Storage/ Backup(TSM) administrator is attached for reference.
