JOB PURPOSE:

The Director of Operational Support will oversee the business strategy and drive financial performance for PruittHealth Health Care Centers. As a leader this position will evaluate and communicate financial results, clinical results, and general operating performance to Chief Operating Officer and drive clinical and financial performance for all PruittHealth Healthcare Centers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for reviewing weekly analytics and improving cost savings

• Review and communicate PPD results to AVP and Administrators

• Review and communicate staffing, staffing short falls and overtime

• Drive change in financial and clinical performance

• Evaluate clinical performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes

• Develop written plans to address day to day operations

• Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief Operations Officer

• Convey results to leadership team and Chief Operating Office

• Evaluate data analytics, operational budget, score cards and financial operations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Advance level Excel and reporting skills

• Proficient in all Microsoft office applications – Peoplesoft and Matrix care a plus

• Up-to-date working knowledge of PPD

• Data driven thinker with excellent quantitative skills

• Clear and persuasive communicate of data and methodologies to all audiences, regardless of data comprehension

• Ability to drive a culture of proactive, integrated, responsive, high quality financial analysis

• Ability to oversee budgeting and forecasting process

• Ability to perform multiple projects/tasks while maintaining a professional image

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, health care of related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

2-5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia, Florida, North and/or South Carolina

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

Master’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
