Robert Half Support Project Manager/Lead in Norcross, Georgia

Description We are seeking a Support Project Manager/Lead for our construction contracting company based in Norcross, Georgia, United States. The role involves overseeing projects, collaborating with the team, and ensuring compliance with industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various construction projects from initiation to completion

• Collaborate with team members on project planning and implementation

• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and change management procedures

• Utilize Microsoft and Microsoft Azure for project management and documentation

• Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project guidelines

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed

• Use the Content Management System (CMS) for managing and updating project content

• Utilize Cloud Technologies for efficient data management and storage

• Oversee contract management procedures and ensure all contracts are in line with company guidelines

• Implement coding standards and practices for project development. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry

• Proficient in Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS)

• Strong knowledge of Contract Management is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary

• Must possess an understanding of auditing processes

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices

• Experience in Change Management is crucial

• Coding skills are a plus

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
