Description
We are in search of an Executive Assistant for a position in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, handling a broad range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars and correspondence, and utilizing your tech savvy skills for efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Steer clear and manage executive schedules, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Utilize office software to develop, edit, and manage documents and reports, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Independently manage projects and tasks, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to accomplish organizational goals.
• Utilize technology effectively to streamline processes and increase efficiency in the workplace.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
• Resolve any arising issues or inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar administrative position
• Proven proficiency in Calendar Management, demonstrating the ability to organize, schedule, and manage executive appointments and meetings
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in handling Correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and other official communication materials
• Ability to Multi Task, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Management, with the ability to quickly learn new software as required
• Previous experience in a Non-Profit organization is preferred, but not mandatory TalentMatch®
