Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with a minimum of 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operating and maintaining various machinery, including NC and manual machines. This role requires a deep understanding of numerical controlled processes, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to read and comprehend complex mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Responsibilities
Operate manual and NC machines such as lathes, mills, horizontal & vertical machining centers, and EDMs.
Utilize controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Acramatic, and Cincinnati-Milacron.
Use precision measuring instruments including outside/inside micrometers, depth mics, and verniers.
Perform threading, drilling, and tapping processes.
Work with carbide machining processes.
Interpret and comprehend complex mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Apply strong math skills in daily tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with mills and lathes.
Knowledge of CNC machines and Fanuc control systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.50 - $37.50
