Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a capital project manager to lead multimillion dollar construction projects. This individual would be responsible for managing on average 5-6 active projects at a time. The day to day with this role has a lot of variation. Typical tasks include going to job sites, reviewing budgets & construction drawings, assisting with project design, and meeting with stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

Previous experience leading construction, architecture, or engineering projects through development, design, & construction phases

Able to read & interpret construction drawings

Able to read & interpret construction contract

Previous experience managing multimillion dollar project budgets Experience using E builder construction software

Experience using project scheduling software (Microsoft project, Primavera, P6, Procore)

Able to conduct meeting with stakeholders

Ability to negotiate projects null
