POSITION: Recruitment and Human Resource Administrative Support Summer Student
REPORTS TO: Manager, Talent Acquisition
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: North Bay
REFERENCE: 800-21-26
RATE OF PAY: $17.75 per hour

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing and editing documents (Word, and Excel)
Scheduling appointments
Applicant Screening
Preparing interview packages
Assist with administrative support
Support other Human Resources projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program with a focus on administration
Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office programs
Strong professionalism with the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be committed to Health and Safety
