• PAY: $38-43 an hour depending on experience

• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site

Description:

Responsible for customer facing activities in the pre-sales scoping process

Lead solutioning for custom designed products and services

Collaborate and bridge the gap between customers, sales, sales operations, and other internal departments

Interface with customers, identify requirements and needs to develop differentiated solutions

Collaborate with sales to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth

Prepare and design customer solutions based on application requirements

Perform on and off-site customer consultation when requested

Present concepts to customers and/or sales channels in support of pre-sales activities

Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review

Assist in project management ensuring timely follow-up and follow through on all assigned tasks & projects

Travel to local customers’ sites 10%

MUST HAVES:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline required

2-4 years’ experience in application solutions (Co/ops or internships suffice)

Prior experience working with customers

Proficient in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks) and 2D CAD Software (Draftsight)
