Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We’re looking for a friendly and hardworking Food & Beverage Attendant to help us deliver an outstanding dining experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in presenting our complimentary breakfast and evening reception while ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve Guests with Excellence: Present our complimentary breakfast and evening reception, restocking and clearing the buffet, while ensuring a clean and welcoming space for guests.

  • Provide Top-Tier Customer Service: Respond to guest concerns with a warm, friendly approach and a professional demeanor.

  • Support the Team: Be flexible and assist in multiple roles, including cooking and bussing, as needed to keep things running smoothly.

  • Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, ensuring all food handling and sanitation are top-notch to keep everyone safe.

  • Collaborate with Your Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of food service, from shift changes to food prep.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.

  • Team Player: You work well with others and bring a positive attitude to every task.

  • Ready to Learn & Grow: Must be willing to complete Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within the first 60 days.

  • Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs occasionally and standing for long periods of time.

  • Flexible Availability: Be ready to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
