• HEOs will participate in projects that include land clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, soil stabilization, road construction and grading

• Higher skilled operators will run dozers/motor graders, fine grading with use of GPS

• Operate haul trucks/off road trucks

• Operate front end loaders skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, rollers

• Also responsible for general labor, including digging trenchwork, unloading trucks/materials, and preparing job sites.

Pay scale is anywhere from $20-25/hr starting out. Many contractors get pay raises based off merit and skill throughout the job.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00
