The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a program coordinator that will track schedule, manage action items, and assist with overall project and program status

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with project leads and program manager on daily and weekly statuses

  • Track schedule in coordination the Integrated Master Scheduler and ensure on time delivery of project and program deliverables.

  • Perform weekly updates and record information in SharePoint.

  • Develop weekly activity reports.

  • Track and manage risks to include mitigation plans when necessary.

  • Develop meeting minutes and trip reports when attending meetings or traveling on behalf of the project or program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.

  • Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and SharePoint.

  • A minimum of 10 years' of project coordination experience for a government contracting company.

  • Willingness to travel 25%.

  • Typically, this role is mostly onsite with teleworking once or twice a week

Desired:

  • Extensive experience in a high paced project centric environment coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
