This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California.   We have a career opportunity for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Human Resource Generalist   The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for supporting and facilitating all facets of the Human Resources functions.  Work in conjunction with supervisor and management staff to address employment-related issues and to ensure that Blue Mountain provides a healthy and productive work environment for its employees.  Successfully support and administer the Human Resource department functions and ensure legal compliance in all HR functions including: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, 401K Administration, Workers Compensation/Safety Program Administration, Leaves of Absence, Performance Management, Compensation and employee Wellness and Events. The Human Resource Generalist is charged with two critical objectives: * Providing high-impact human support to our employees, and * Partnering with our leaders to ensure our people and business needs align.
