Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Billing Specialist to be a part of our team. This role is based in NORTH KANSAS CITY, Missouri, United States. As a Billing Specialist, you'll be entrusted with managing customer accounts, processing customer credit applications, and ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. Furthermore, you will handle customer inquiries and maintain an organized record of all transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage all billing functions with precision

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and update customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries from customers

• Keep a meticulous record of all transactions for future reference

• Employ ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management

• Use AIA Documents for detailed billing procedures

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all payments are made on time

• Utilize computerized billing for efficient and error-free billing processes

• Leverage EHR SY to maintain customer health records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions, with the ability to manage and oversee financial transactions

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), with the skill to handle outstanding invoices and collect payments

• Experience with AIA Billing, demonstrating the ability to manage construction payments effectively

• Familiarity with AIA Documents, showing the capacity to understand and utilize these documents for billing purposes

• Expertise in Billing, showcasing the ability to manage invoices, payments, and financial records efficiently

• Proficiency in various Billing Functions, with the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks related to invoicing and payments

• Proficiency in using Billing Software, demonstrating the ability to use digital tools for managing financial transactions

• Ability to Resolve Billing issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle disputes or discrepancies related to invoicing.
