Description We are in search of a Title Clerk to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry. As a Title Clerk, your core duties will revolve around ensuring the smooth operation of the title department, processing relevant documents, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process and handle various title department tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

• Utilize software systems such as 'Abila MIP' and 'ADP - Financial Services' to manage and organize tasks effectively

• Use 'Adobe Acrobat' and 'CRM' for creating, editing, and managing digital documents

• Handle accounting functions and manage customer accounts appropriately

• Process accounts payable (AP) efficiently

• Answer inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service

• Use 'Accounting Software Systems' for check processing and other financial tasks

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements • Proficiency in using Abila MIP software

• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of CRM systems

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience with Check Processing

• Excellent Customer Service skills
