Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently enter and update data into various company systems and databases.

• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and consistent by conducting regular quality checks.

• Organize digital and physical files, making sure information is easy to access and properly stored.

• Assist with generating reports from data systems, providing valuable insights for the team.

• Perform data validation and cross-check information to minimize errors and discrepancies.

• Sort, classify, and prepare documents for data entry to ensure smooth processing.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across the organization.

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow security procedures to protect sensitive information.

• Assist in resolving data-related issues and help implement improvements to data workflows.

• Support special projects that require data organization, entry, and analysis.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience with database systems and data integrity practices is a plus.
