Exciting Controls Engineer Opportunity!!

Job Description

6am - 2pm Monday - Friday. Coverage for one Saturday every month, occasionally two Saturdays.

You will provide plant support for a customer in Solon, OH.

Responsibilities include:

• Plant controls support

• Modifying, troubleshooting, and programming control systems onsite

• HMI development

• RSLogix 5000

Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field

• 3+ years of experience with either Plant Controls, Controls Engineering, or Controls Technician roles

• Significant, recent Allen Bradley experience with RS Logix 5000

• Some exposure to HMI development

• STRONG troubleshooting and programming capabilities within Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000

• Control Logix, ControlLogix

• Network controls

• Ability to use MS Teams

• Ability to climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, and walk around the customer facility for 12 hour shifts

• Demonstrate proper hygiene, with this facility being FDA regulated

PLUS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field

• Ability to program Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000 from scratch

• Systems integration

• Food industry experience

• P&ID control loop tuning

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Olmsted, Ohio.
