Salary Range: $50,000 to $150,000

Ivy Lea Construction is a proven high quality home improvement firm with professional installers. We are looking for an experienced salesperson to sell a full range of home improvements. The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and providing them with home improvement solutions. We believe that this is not just a sales job, but a rewarding career!

Responsibilities include: Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients Applies knowledge of home improvement product features to match products to the needs of clients

Qualifications include: Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset Thorough understanding of home improvement products and operations with the ability to communicate that information effectively Previous experience in construction, production or related fields furniture, home furnishings, flooring, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality etc. Valid Driver License and the ability to travel to clients or potential clients within Erie and Niagara County with company vehicle Basic computer knowledge required NO cold calling

Benefits and Wages: Income ranging $50,000 to $150,000 with unlimited earning potential depending on your sales success. Full benefits including health insurance, dental, retirement, life insurance, paid holidays, sick and vacation. Monday through Friday, in office requirements.
