What to Expect:
In this role you will be responsible for managing Starbucks Asset Solutions Services, including equipment order management, field inventory control, and third-party equipment service coordination. This role emphasizes process rigour and compliance, ensuring flawless execution to achieve elevated levels of customer satisfaction. This role will report to the Trade Asset Manager.
A day in the life:
Ensure effective management of the end-to-end customer lifecycle related to equipment deliveries and pickups, including order entry, order routing, order settlement, and communication with all affected internal and external partners.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and activity tracking in SAP by the Route Order Management Team to maintain compliance.
Manage the national buy, sell route to market project for all Trade Asset-related processes and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate value creation through a lean enterprise mindset by being ready using tools and standardized work.
Execute lean value streams in collaboration with suppliers, partners, and customers.
Contribute to delivering yearly Operating Expenses (OPEX)targeted impacts and demonstrate results of pull and flow by reducing waste.
Role Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or similar position managing route planning, customer service, and inventory management
Post secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in MS Office - Excel and SAP
Working knowledge of general supply chain concepts and principles required
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Inquisitive and investigative mindset, with a proven ability to analyse and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and a strong passion for customer service is essential
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of PowerBI
