UL, LLC IT Development Senior Analyst (Informatica MDM Operations) - Remote in Northbrook, Illinois
Develops and modifies complex information system programs.
Leads project teams and defines specifications for complex software programming applications and modifies existing applications.
Performs complex analysis of system requirements, preparation of specifications, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting.
Implements complex requirements for multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.
Resolves problems by devising or modifying procedures.
Considers equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results when developing resolutions.
Identifies system requirements by interviewing users, interviewing and selecting vendors (if applicable), analyzing applications, evaluating existing and proposed systems, and recommending solutions.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, forming project team, establishing project budget, developing schedules, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, and resolving operations problems.
Monitors progress of larger projects by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Improves systems performance by investigating problems, developing specifications, identifying trends in technology, and recommending solutions.

Provides support to assist global teams in resolving issues related to performance of the master data management environment.
Manage Informatica Cloud MDM Security and Administration.
Develop and maintain complex highly available cloud-based architecture and optimize for security, cost, and upgrades.
Partner with vendors to propose solutions and solve problems.
Provides support to assist global teams in resolving issues related to performance of the master data management environment.
Manage Informatica Cloud MDM Security and Administration.
Develop and maintain complex highly available cloud-based architecture and optimize for security, cost, and upgrades.
Provide ongoing support for MDM solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Partner with cross-functional teams Integration/CRM/ERP etc. on resolving Integration issues, improving the platform scalability and stability.
University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally six years of directly related experience.
Advanced technical knowledge and/or IT development experience.
Six or more years of Information Technology experience, including at least three years of administration/development of Informatica MDM Cloud environment.
Development experience in Workflows, Survivorship, Match/Merge, Data Quality rules, de-duplication and enrichment of master data.
Development experience in Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, E360, provisioning tool, and ActiveVOS.
Knowledge of Java, Informatica SIF framework.
Excellent SQL skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $120,000-$145,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
