Woco Tech USA Inc Program Manager in Novi, Michigan

Leading dimensional analysis projects, coordinating activities across powertrain and grommets.  Establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for dimensional analysis activities.  Managing multiple OEM projects of LUCID ,GM,,&TESLA and resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support dimensional analysis efforts.  Communicating project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.  Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in dimensional analysis workflows.  Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.  Collaborating with suppliers and external partners to address dimensional challenges and drive continuous improvement.  Performing dimensional analysis on plastic injection molded parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.  Utilizing tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical measurement systems, and 3D scanners to inspect and analyze part dimensions of fuel cell, oil management & grommets.  Conducting tolerance stack-up analyses to identify and address dimensional variation within assemblies of cam covers , PCM seals and grommets.  Collaborating with design engineers to optimize part geometry for manufacturability and dimensional stability.  Developing and implementing measurement plans and inspection procedures for injection molded plastic and rubber parts.  Troubleshooting dimensional issues during product development and production phases.  Providing technical guidance to manufacturing teams to improve process capability and reduce dimensional variation.  Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions for dimensional non-conformances.  Qualified candidates will possess a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering + 1 year of experience as a Design Engineer or any related position in automotive engineering.  Must have one year of experience in Dimensional Engineering, Quality Management, Material science and Engineering Management, developing and testing automobile products according to standards CG 1764, TSC 1156 and International standards according to ISO 20653 and ISO 10360, preparing DVP&R for component testing, conducting test procedures for calculation of tensile force and insertion forces of a component into sheet metal cutouts, conducting thermal cycle analysis on rubber components, for grommets and cam cover using CAD software NX 11 and Catia V5.  To apply mail resume to Attn:  Petr Tomecek, Woco Tech USA, Inc., 28970 Cabot Drive, Suite 300, Novi, MI 48377.  Use Ref.
