Core Responsibilities

Together with the Component Planning team, you'll be involved in making short-mid-and long-term plans for the moulding machines. You will also be involved in reporting and you will learn to use data properly. We are seeking a technical-minded trainee to assist our team with transitioning Power BI report data sources from dataflows to Databricks.

  • Understanding Inventory, Supply and Demand: Learn how we ensure we produce all the necessary for Finished Goods production. You'll see how we plan to keep our inventory at just the right level.

  • Planning and Scheduling Basics: Understand the basics of scheduling tasks on the shop floor, medium-term planning. You'll learn how we make sure materials are available for finished products.

  • Optimizing Production: See how we work to reduce the number of times we need to switch between different products and minimize excess production.

  • Machine and Mould Coordination: Get familiar with how we schedule and manage the use of machines and moulds to make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Observe how we identify and fix issues. You'll see how we balance workloads and manage different production sites.

  • Build and reshape PowerBI reports: Work on optimizing and modernizing our reports and create documentation.

Throughout your internship, you’ll receive guidance and training to build up your skills in these areas, with the goal of eventually handling these tasks on your own.

Do you have what it takes?

You are interested in Planning and its possibilities. You desire to learn more and soak up all the new information that comes your way, just as you will need to have the ability to adapt to new situations with ease. You are a great teammate but can work independently as well if needed.

  • Are an active full-time student at your university, perhaps within the IT or Economics field

  • Foundational understanding / experience with PowerBI

  • Working time: minimum of 20-25 hours per week in a hybrid modell, alongside with the studies

  • Employment period: min. 6 months

  • Can work structured around multiple deliverables

  • Analytical mind and will to understand business cases, attention to detail

  • Are curious, data-driven, and passionate about solving problems

  • Proficiency both in Hungarian and in English, written and oral, is required

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Databricks is an advantage
