This individual should be creative, dedicated and able to work with a collaborative culture. He or she must have the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work closely with other team members to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and share data.\ \ How You Will Help:\

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and related data per company policy and US GAAP and collaboratively work with other functions to ensure reconciling items are quickly resolved
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Analyze financial statements and related information specific to assigned areas and investigate discrepancies and variances
• Support month-end close process
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and communicate monthly and ad-hoc reports, graphics, and schedules
• Work with external auditors
• Manage the fixed asset subledger system and provide the company with actionable reporting
• Manage the company\'s portfolio of leases and lease accounting software
• Work to enhance various accounting processes and procedures, with an enhanced focus on special projects
• Assist the accounting manager with various improvement tasks in order to drive efficiencies across the corporate accounting function
• Other duties as assigned

\ \ What You Will Have:\

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
• 5-7 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent with Microsoft applications
• Experience with data analysis tools preferred (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with others in a team environment
• Self-starter with excellent, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
