Job Title: CNC Supervisor
Job Description:
- A small family-owned fabrication shop is seeking a working CNC Supervisor/Foreman to oversee their day shift crew and run machines as needed. This role requires setup and some programming experience, and the ability to lead a crew of about 10 people, each performing multiple setups per day. Responsibilities include coordinating workflow based on machinists' strengths, answering questions about setups and product runs, and advising machinists on production. The shop uses paper setup sheets for tools/materials and network routers to send programs to machines. The supervisor will also help optimize production processes long-term. Experience with Fanuc controls is required, and Mastercam experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate workflow for the day shift crew.
Troubleshoot setups for new product runs.
Perform light code editing as needed.
Set up and operate CNC and manual mills/lathes as needed.
Conduct first article inspections.
Read and inspect quality prints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00
