Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.

Cross-sell and Upsell service offerings to customers.

Advise & Assist in the resell of software to customers.

Assess the functional and technical requirements related to integration projects during pre and post sales.

Engage Professional Services early in sales opportunities after forming a clear solution plan.

Perform billable advisory assessments; produce reports & deliverables from findings.

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Solution Advisors will be measured on the following attributes:

MBO - Collaboration & Team Player - Sharing of knowledge with other team members; Solution Advisors, Sales & Delivery

teams.

MBO - Billable hours on Advisory projects & engagements.

MBO - Develop subject matter expertise on one or more of the core pillars & service offerings.

MBO - Collaboration to Marketing Events, Webinars, Whitepapers.

MBO - Partner development & support Sales and Technology

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, pre-sales operations and professional development.
  • Travel based on client and project needs.
  • Attend vendor/partner solution and industry conferences.
  • Cultivate relationships with all our software vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
    • Strong acumen with Salesforce, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Document Management Software is required.
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to leverage a qualification process.
    • Adherence to sales methodology
    • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 5+ plus years of experience in Identity Consulting and/or Sales.
  • Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be able to work as a team and also individually.
