You’ll be at the forefront of driving critical projects to success. You will take the reins in leading cross-functional teams, managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that everything is executed flawlessly from start to finish. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Team Management: Oversee project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide consistent guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

Budget & Resource Management: Control project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet financial and quality objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders and senior management informed with regular updates on project status, risks, and challenges.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep the project on track and within scope.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project goals and foster smooth execution.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and project plans.

Continuous Improvement: Champion the development and adoption of best practices in project management, contributing to long-term organizational success.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

8-15 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) contracting strategies.

Solid utility experience and an ability to interpret and work with schematics.

An Engineering or Technical Degree (Bachelor’s or higher).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $86.00 per hour
