We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Oakdale, Minnesota. As an Accounting Analyst, you will oversee the efficient processing of customer credit applications, manage accurate customer credit records, and handle customer inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Oversee the maintenance of precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline accounting functions

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision

• Conduct auditing tasks as per the company guidelines

• Manage billing functions efficiently.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

• 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for efficient management of financial data.

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions will be required to maintain accurate financial records.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary to manage and track all incoming payments.

• Auditing skills are needed to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Knowledge of Billing Functions is required to handle invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
