Skills and Requirements

Task 1: Create and maintain project status trackers, including the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) and detailed trackers providing status of deliverables such as exhibit testimony and workpapers.

Insight Global will support the Electric GRC team in the overall management of tools used to track GRC exhibit status and support management reporting.

In this task, Insight Global will perform the following specific work steps. Tasks are subject to change, based on PG&E needs, timing, and duration of effort:

 Update and maintain the Electric Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) excel file which tracks project activities, assigned leads, start date, end date, completion status (similar to a Gantt chart)..

 Create and maintain additional trackers as needed to show status of testimony, workpapers, forecast or other items.

 Maintain 2027 GRC dashboards required for LEAN visual management.

 Assist with preparing project status information for management presentations. null
