Aston Carter Client Service/AR Associate in Oakland, New Jersey

Job Description:
Assist in establishing and maintaining customer relationships through processing requests, maintaining their accounts and responding to their inquiries
Provide administrative and operational support the CS/AR Manager
Perform general administrative tasks
Track customer trends and product lines within internal system
Following up with customers on outstanding invoices or collections.
Answer and direct phone inquiries
Greet visitor and guest warmly, ensuring they are properly signed into the building and direct to the appropriate department or employee
Learn different areas of daily needs to serve as a back-up for different daily tasks when necessary
Exercise considerable judgement and discretion
Compose, type and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails, and faxes
Maintain filing system
Assist with special projects as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in MS Excel
Accounting experience - PLUS
Experience Level:
Entry Level
