SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate facility maintenance and supervise the maintenance team. Perform and oversee scheduled equipment set-up, preventive and routine maintenance, and general upkeep of buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems, landscaping, and parking areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate facility maintenance vendors.
Manages and assigns tasks for completion within the maintenance team.
Manages shop operations by performing a variety of scheduled equipment set-up activities, preventive and routine maintenance activities, and maintenance of buildings, plumbing systems, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems, landscaping, and parking areas.
Manages equipment maintenance and repair requests by reviewing and actioning work requests and maintaining Limble database.
Repair and service machinery, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
Electrical Skills, which include wiring 220 volts for lighting and other machines.
General duties to include but not limited to light plumbing work, concrete work, painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance is required.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
Knowledge of various maintenance techniques, systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), and preventive maintenance methods.
