We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources in Odenton, Maryland. As an HR Manager, you will have the responsibility to manage various HR functions such as compliance, employee relations, hiring processes, and more. You will be a key figure in our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective

• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that arise and fostering a positive work environment

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR

• Oversee benefits functions, ensuring that they are administered properly and effectively

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing information and addressing concerns as necessary

• Oversee the performance of employees, providing feedback and managing any performance-related issues

• Utilize UKG Pro in the management of HR functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient processes.

Requirements • Prior experience of 5+ years in a similar HR Manager role

• Proficient in managing Benefit Functions within an organization

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability to ensure Compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Experience in managing Employee Relations and resolving conflicts

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding

• Proven track record in monitoring and enhancing Employee Performance

• Proficiency in using HR systems, specifically UKG Pro
