Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role involves a variety of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records as needed

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist in answering phones and addressing customer concerns

• Assist in the creation of work orders when required

• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Use skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel to perform the role effectively. Requirements • Must possess at least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar position

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices is essential

• Strong Data Entry skills are a must

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Must have a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must possess strong problem-solving skills

• Able to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

• Must be able to adapt to changes and learn new procedures as needed.
