Performs duties related to enforcing the inspection program for public works projects and service systems. Conducts site inspections on construction projects to assure conformity and compliance with established city standards and policies pertaining to public works improvements. Conducts inspections related to Public Works Utilities and SWPPP. Participates in Pre-Con meetings to verify plans meet city standards. Performs duties related to the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of City utility service systems, water transmission and distribution systems.
