The Development Office Student Assistant provides support to their assigned Development Directors and may interact with our alumni and donor population. The Development Office represents Weber State to alumni,donors,and other stakeholders across the state and nation. We seek individuals who are eager to work in a professional environment and hone their office skills.Responsibilities will include:Packaging and mailing of Development Office materialsSearching for,modifying,and uploading alumni dataOrganizing and storing of files digitally and in printRunning errandsAnswering phonesAssisting with eventsOperation of general office equipment and ensuring supplies are kept in stockKeeping confidentiality when working with information of a personal natureOther clerical duties as assigned
