Oracle NetSuite Senior Revenue Insights Analyst in Olympia, Washington

Job Description

NetSuite is looking for a data-driven and strategic analyst to work with our SDR, sales, and marketing teams to centralize our data, analyze it, then share these insights. The ideal candidate is excited about business analytics, can synthesize complex insights into simple messages, and is comfortable driving change through a collaborative approach. Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and passion for learning are necessary for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, attention to detail, a desire to collaborate, and an ability to align teams with rigor. Additionally, strong intrapersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations will be a cornerstone to success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Align to assigned vertical sales/SDR leaders to provide 1:1 data insights to achieve targets.

  • Partner with a high-performing team of Revenue Insights Analysts to support our ambitious growth targets.

  • Manage SDR Global Operations workflows, including dashboards, operations Slack channels, NSCorp, Domo.

  • Coordinate projects related to SDR systems & operations; cross-team collaboration with SDR Enablement, Revenue Operations, and SDR Leadership.

  • Work with leadership in sales and marketing to align on KPIs, improve funnel conversion, and optimize our resource allocation for maximum impact.

  • Help craft and measure sales strategy for our vertical stakeholders. Uncover potential issues before they snowball and offer insights to optimize before we need them.

  • As an analyst on a dedicated vertical insights team, drive collaboration, brainstorming, and problem-solving with cross-functional leadership. Guide us to a better outcome with qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Work with a team that develops and maintains reports and dashboards that support workflow prioritization and tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members so they can execute more effectively.

  • Monitor all stages of the customer lifecycle from awareness to transaction, measure performance across all marketing channels, and create models to drive key marketing, product, and business decisions.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5+ years supporting sales and/or marketing in a Finance, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting role, preferably within SaaS.

  • Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, dataset hygiene and data quality)

  • Ability to tell a story with data and drive dialogue beyond the numbers.

  • Great team player; willing to both lead an agenda, learn new skills and roll up their sleeves to support when and where needed

  • Proactive and independent worker; willing and able to plan and execute foundational research over time, while also solving short-term problems

  • Curious and empathetic toward our end users and stakeholders

  • Excellent communicator with a bias toward simplicity. In this role, it’s critical to bring marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders together, while also simplifying complex data into easy to understand, clear recommendations with immediate application to the business

  • Experience with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative data sets

  • Strategic thinking and creative problem solver

  • Ability to thrive in a lightning-fast environment where instructions may be ambiguous

  • Experience with a BI tool (Domo, Tableau, Looker etc.)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
