Position Available: Independent Living Supervisor - Prime Shift We are seeking a full-time Independent Living Dorm Supervisor who is reliable, compassionate, has an honorable work ethic, and loves to work with youth! The ILS plans, organizes, and supervises assigned shifts. Prime Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00pm-12:00am Major Responsibilities and Duties:Provide supervision, training, assessments, and leadership for assigned staffScreen, Interview, and select candidates for hire Participate in Student Behavior Management PanelsComplete all documentation requirements for center information systems and foldersOrder supplies and equipment as neededCoordinate and collaborate with Recreation and other Staff to provide ongoing student eventsMeet with Counselors, Instructors, and Student Human Resource Officers to discuss student performance and progressPlan, organize, and control the use of overtime and on-call staff to ensure compliance with center and ETR policies and procedures Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. One year of experience working with youth and in a supervisory capacity. Compensation is based on experience. Must possess a Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
