The Coca-Cola Company Facilities Coordinator in Ontario, California

As the Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our building's facilities, including managing building maintenance, repairs, and coordinating services to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Function Related Activities and Key Responsibilities

  • Execute repairs for building infrastructures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other utilities.

  • Work with contractors as necessary to perform needed repairs.

  • Ensure that the office space, equipment, and facilities comply with safety regulations and standards, and are well-organized and efficient.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facility-related services.

  • Facilitate space planning and office layout adjustments to optimize the use of available space and support organizational needs.

  • Manage inventory for office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are available and properly stocked.

  • Maintain security and safety protocols for the facility, such as access control, emergency procedures, and fire safety drills.

  • Assist in the preparation of the facilities budget, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Implement sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

  • Assist in coordinating and setting up for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences held on the premises.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding facilities-related issues and addressing any complaints or concerns promptly.

  • Manage and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, buildouts, and relocations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Education and Additional Qualifications

  • High School General Education

  • Minimum 3 years' experience maintenance or inventory management.

  • Previous experience with SAP preferred.

$55,900 - $78,000
