Robert Half is partnering with an established insurance company looking to fill in-house attorney positions that are open to experience levels from newly barred to 1+ year attorneys!

This attorney will be trained on defending a litigation caseload of auto accident cases. Lots of opportunity to go to trial!

This attorney will be trained on handling a caseload from inception through trial. Strong writing, deposition experience, and trial experience are great additions!!

Responsibilities of Role:

• Manage caseload from A-Z.

• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses.

• Draft reports and provide file analysis to carrier, client.

• Take cases to trial.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to 115k

• Bonuses for going to trial or arbitration!

• 401k eligible after 1 year but must be joined during an enrollment period. 3% match.
