We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter based in Orange, California. The HR Recruiter will be an integral part of our team, primarily focusing on full-cycle recruiting for field technicians in the Environmental Construction, HVAC, and Consulting industries. This role involves active recruitment, handling a large volume of resumes, and conducting phone interviews on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Conduct active recruitment through various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates

• Review and sort through a high volume of resumes, selecting the most qualified candidates for further screening

• Conduct weekly phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit

• Utilize Paycore - ATS and other software tools such as ADP Workforce Now, Careerbuilder, CRM, etc. to manage the recruitment process

• Maintain and build relationships with both passive and active candidates for future job opportunities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Careerbuilder.

• Strong skills in CRM and About Time software.

• Experience with Applicant Track System is preferred.

• Ability to perform Background Checks following legal and company guidelines.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a similar HR Recruiter role is desirable.

• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
