Job Description

The HVAC Technician performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and installations. The role involves providing recommendations for residential and commercial HVAC systems as appropriate. The HVAC Technician utilizes excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems.

  • Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilize HVAC Tech Software for various tasks.

  • Effectively present information to customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Maintain all required certifications and licenses in good standing.

Essential Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial (license preferred but all encouraged to apply)

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues.

  • Proficiency in using HVAC Tech Software(Or willing to learn new systems)

  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

  • Up-to-date certifications and licenses.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Orange, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00
