Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to assist our Quality Control Team! As a member of the Quality Control Team for a manufacturing facility, you will perform routine bacteriological and chemical testing of blended and spray-dried products. Work with other departments to ensure all company and regulatory standards are met. You will also back up the QA Lead and Manager in their absence.

Hard Skills

• Ability to write reports, policies, and procedure modules

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts relating to quality

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and statistics

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orangeville, Illinois.

Work Environment

Nights - 5:50pm - 6:00am $19/hr. The employee must occasionally travel on company business. The employee is occasionally exposed to non-weather wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, non-weather-related extreme heat and cold, works near moving mechanical parts, and sources of electric shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate while working in the office and loud while working in proximity to production.
