Job Description

Ensures contractors compliance with Contract Documents.

Create and maintain accurate detailed project records to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the contract, design, budget, and schedule.

Report to the Senior Inspector on the status of the project, including any issues that occurred.

Construction oversight to monitor contractors progress, workmanship and general conformance with the contract documents.

Reviews design, safety, quality plans and all construction phase submittals associated with the Project.

Develops daily, weekly, monthly reports to the Senior Inspector on the status of the project, including any issues that occurred.

Works with Senior Inspector to review requests for change from the field.

Conforms to Safety Site Specific Work Plan (SSSWP) to ensure safety of the job

Communicates and implements safety rules, policies, and procedures in support of the corporations safety vision and goals.

Skills and Requirements

ACI Level 1 certification

Experience with concrete/asphalt placement

1-2 years experience in heavy civil minimum (3-5 years preferred)

Familiarity with measuring/calculating/ reporting in place quantities.

Working knowledge of reading drawings/ specifications with understanding of the same.

Experience generating detailed/ legible Daily Reports

Must be able to obtain GOAA badge which requires criminal background check. Badge required upon arrival to Team

Drivers license required.

Airport experience preferred. null
