Aston Carter Data Entry Specialist in Orlando, Florida

Job Title: Title Processing SpecialistJob Description

This role involves processing and assigning titles from salvaged vehicles. The position requires the ability to manage various support services within a title center office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment.

  • Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail.

  • Open incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages.

  • Scan and enter documents and data into the computer system the same day received.

  • File and pull documents in correct numerical order.

  • Set up new records and maintain existing records. Match records by comparing data points.

  • Communicate professionally through email and system notes.

  • Follow well-established procedures under the close direction of a supervisor.

  • Be open to learning automobile titling.

  • Assist with other office functions as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Data entry, filing, sorting, packing, and copying.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Time management skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions.

  • Must be able to handle working in a stressful work environment.

  • Basic computer skills - Excel, Outlook, & Word.

  • Positive attitude.

Work Environment

The work environment features a business casual dress code. No leggings, holes in jeans, skirts or short dresses, as well as no t-shirts, hoodies, or sweatshirts. The office has an open and tall cubicle layout and is located on the second floor. The team enjoys Fun Dress Fridays, team lunches, and engaging team-building activities such as arts and crafts. The environment is diverse, small, and quiet, with potential for the role to become permanent. Mail clerks (title service reps) have the opportunity to advance to Title Specialist once proficient.
