Acute Home Healthcare Entry level HR Assistant/ Healthcare Recruiter in Orlando, Florida

We are seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant/Recruiter to join our team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to start their career in recruiting.

Our HR Assistant primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Follow up with candidates regarding their documents.

  • Verify candidate documents.

  • Field inbound calls to the Agency

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Applicants.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, team members.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.
