Summary
Plans and manages the activities of designated sales projects to ensure that each project’s objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and within the established guidelines and parameters. Support operational functions by researching, building, planning, and implementing application supported process improvements. Will work closely with senior level management to ensure successful processes, procedures, and adherence to company standards are met at all levels. Serves as business partner to Client Solutions Sales as needed. Develops and maintains cross-departmental relationships to keep a pulse on the health of the organization and effectively drives change. Supports Client Solutions leadership including, measuring performance, goal trends and utilization targets, etc.
This position will support our Client Solutions team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage various Exhibit related tasks via Champion Queue
Enter & maintain Non-Freeman Campaigns
Pull Job numbers for non-Freeman shows & PPRI + set up Price masters
Create Exhibit opportunities for various teams (no cloning)
Collaborate with DMG for Account Merges, TFC corrections/additions, new Facilities/corrections to existing Facilities
Salesforce Super User Network & Sales Ops Partner participation
Lighting Migration Support & UAT Validation with monthly releases
Build & manage Reports & Dashboards
Collaborate with Product Committee for Exhibit Product changes / enhancements
Work with leaders to manage incoming Resource Requests
Exhibit team support & training
Monthly Billable to Jobs Audit
Weekly Review of Standby Time
Review & clear WF projects connected to opportunities to be deleted
Build & manage Reports & Dashboards
Finance Month End Billable to Jobs
Participate in UAT for WF releases, validate & provide feedback
Request & collaborate with WF team on Exhibit enhancements
Issue COIs to cover Freeman labor at Non-Freeman Shows
Monthly Team All Calls
Build & maintain PBI Reports
EDW DAP Migration Testing
FY Exhibit Business Plan (provide reports)
SME for Box (partner with Solutions Team)
Exhibit Pilot Programs
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Administrative sales experience or tradeshow work experience preferred
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications required. Working knowledge of Workfront and Salesforce
Experience with data analysis (intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills)
Experience with time keeping, reporting, and/or Workfront
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and deliver accurate, timely results
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
