What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with the Maintenance team and Engineers to install, replace, and repair equipment.
Repair and install pneumatics and hydraulics on machinery.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors and belts.
Read and interpret blueprints for equipment repair and installation.
Use your personal tools for various maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills We're Looking For:
Maintenance Mechanic Background : Bring your expertise in maintaining mechanical systems.
Hydraulics and Pneumatics: Experience in these areas is crucial.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
Tools: Must have your own tools.
Conveyor and Belt Maintenance: Experience in working on these systems.
Additional Skills That Make You Stand Out:
Welding Skills: Proficient in Mig or Tig welding.
Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Experience with tow motors or heavy equipment.
Foundry Experience: Previous experience in a foundry environment is a plus.
Auto Mechanics: Open to auto mechanics with some electrical experience.
Preventive Maintenance: Strong skills in preventive and industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding.
Work Environment:
- Work in a dynamic foundry environment. While you won't be handling molten products, be prepared for varying temperatures as the facility is not climate-controlled.
