・半導体製造プロセス要素技術を活用した新規プロセスの開発および量産化

・新規設備の選定および立上げ

Requirements

・保有技術（いずれか）

・ドライエッチング技術（Metal／誘電体エッチング）

・プロセスインテグレーション技術（デバイス開発や工程最適化経験／プロジェクトリーダースキル）

Desired Requirements

・ドライエッチング設備選定経験

・FMEA、FTA等の品質ツールを活用したプロセス開発、故障解析業務

・関係部署との円滑なコミュニケーション

・英語力
