Job Description

フィルターモノづくりにおけるウエハボンディングプロセス、主としてグラインド技術および接合技術の量産化技術開発

プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチにより、ウエハボンディングプロセスの安定化をはかり、開発から量産へのシームレスな移行の実現に取り組む

FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立

ウエハ貼り合わせプロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン案件の推進

Requirements

業界経験：BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術、特にウエハボンディングプロセス/設備（グラインド、接合）の業務経験を有すること

仕事経験・経験年数：10～15年程度の実務経験

取り組み意識：何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること、組織全体の最適化を考えた業務取り組みができること
