What you’ll do:

As Country Services Manager, you will ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for Services P&L in the designated areas and products lines for Norway. You will explore the markets on Eaton's installed base, create business plan and establish service sales in person. You will work closely with local, country sales, EMEA service product management and EMEA center of competence securing best available solutions to the customers. You will functionally oversees the Services end to end being the referee between business priority and operational constraint. The country operations leaders will functionally report to you as country service lead. You will collaborate with the cluster operation manager to ensure the right balance between operation alingment, resource need and business priorities.

Service Business

Contribute to the cluster and country-specific service plan to ensure growth and profitability in line with Eaton's overall strategic goals

Analyze of market data and customer needs in order to align with the EMEA service sales strategy

Maintain and build relations with important internal and external stakeholders, customers, local sales organizations & partners

Keep good customer contacts and build closer relation with key accounts in order to further develop the position in the market

Manage and support development of Authorized Service Partners network to guarantee high customers' satisfaction and revenues flow from this channel

Focus on service P&L making sure profitability is maintained and aligned to Profit Plan

Keep an eye on the Services cost structure and organization affordability vs growth performance

Business Development

Negotiate and influence resulting in contracts and agreements

Collaborate with other sales within the organization to enable business opportunities

Initiate, develop and implement sales orientated customer campaigns and other marketing activities

Focus on developing and bringing new offering into the markets and winning new customers

Enable internal collaborations resulting in synergy sales and new business

Collaborate and feed the cluster Service strategy in collaboration with the cluster leader

Leadership

Act as a role model in line with Eaton ethical standards of conduct

Enable the development of the skills and competencies of the services teams

Qualifications:

  • Educated at Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering or other electrical fields

  • In-depth experience in corporate service sales or business development

  • Knowledge of power distribution, power quality electrical services, Life Safety and other products

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Norwegian fluency

  • Ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Time Management

  • Driving license
