Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers in planning, coordinating, calculations, designing, tendering for engineering projects (inclusive of buildings & infrastructure projects).

  • Help track project progress, timelines, and milestones to ensure that deliverables are met.

  • Monitor project risks and issues, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Participate in project meetings and document key decision and action items.

  • Collect analyze, and report on data related to project performance, budget and resource allocation.

  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Help with creating performance dashboards to monitor key project metrics and deliverables.

  • Assist in drafting and refining engineering procedures, standards, and best practices.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, quality assurance, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all actions items are tracked.

  • Support the engineering team in troubleshooting technical issues and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent Communication and teamwork

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
