Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist in Otsego, Minnesota. This role will be crucial in maintaining financial accuracy through tasks such as credit card reconciliation, accounts payable related duties, and maintaining accurate records. The position is situated within the industry and will be instrumental in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit card related transactions • Manage all aspects of entry-level accounts payable related tasks • Execute small reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Maintain and manage all financial records, ensuring proper assignment of invoices • Handle invoicing related to product sales, with a focus on seed and plant sales • Ensure all transactions and accounts are properly coded • Use Excel for various accounting functions • Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to varying schedules. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is necessary • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a requirement • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is required
